The Founder and Partner in our firm are: Ms. Fifi Lety Indra and Mrs. Vonnie Sutedjo. We are experience;d and professional consultants in understanding each clients’ problems, providing thought and consideration to formulate appropriate solutions.

Fifi Lety Indra

Founder & Managing Partner

is a Master of Law. She is one of the most outstanding law students who won awards as one of the best honored student to graduate from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1992. In 1996 She received her L.L.M degree with honor in Corporate Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Melbourne. She has joined forces with extensive corporations, International firms and organisations: Grant Thornton, Ponderosa Groups, Frans Hendra Winarta & Partners, and Legal Aid Jakarta Indonesia (LBH).

Ms Fifi Lety Indra is a specialist in foreign investment law, corporate and commercial laws, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, direct and indirect investment companies funds and trusts, real estate and conveyances, trade law, hospitality and tourism. She is fluent in Indonesia, English and speaks Chinese and Indonesia dialects.

Vonnie Sutedjo

Partner & Lawyer

Graduated with the highest GPA from University of Surabaya in 2010, majoring business law. Then, she continued her study at the University of Leiden, Netherlands, and obtaining her Master Degree in Public International Law. There she was awarded the Wim Deetman Studiefonds Scholarship. In 2013, she also attended summer course held by the Hague Academy of International Law. She is specialist in dealing with several cases in Business Law, Labor Law, Tax Law, and Intellectual Property Law. She offers the clients of the firm a broad range of Consultation in Corporate Services. She is fluent in both English and Indonesia.
